- **Type of Operation**: Finishing and semi-finishing. Due to its sharp cutting edge, it can achieve excellent surface finish.  
- **Cutting Condition**: Continuous cutting and light intermittent cutting. Its good toughness allows it to withstand certain variations in cutting forces.  
- **Cutting Speed**: Medium to high cutting speeds. This helps fully leverage its heat resistance advantages.
